die meißten LC12xx die bei mir reinkommen haben keinen Rücklaufverhinderer.
Keine Ahnung wonach Brother daß bei der Produktion entscheidet.

fehlt der bei allen oder nur bei einer? Wenn die Tinte einfach so reingeht - dann ist keiner drin. Wenn man schneller einspritzt dann geht das mit dem Verhinderer defintiv nicht.

Man darf die fast voll machen. Zum Refill muss manja sowieso das obere Ventil offen halten. Ich würde aufhören wenn man sieht die Tinte kommt in den oberen Bereich der Kassette. Den eingspritzen Wert in ML merkt man sich dann. Ist ne Patrone leer dann saugt man die Restmenge ab und spritzt einen konstanten Wert von X ml ein.

Di3e LC-12xx haben nur den Schwimmer, nix anderes. Dass u.U. noch nen Rest drin ist ist normal - die Eichmarke ist sicher das umklappen der Schwimmerwippe - danach wird stur gerechnet. Sind Düsen zu dann verbraucht er rechnerisch mehr als eigentlich fliesst. Dann bleibt logischer Weise auch mehr drinn zurück wenn sie als leer angezeiegt wird.

Hab gerade zu ersten Mal versucht eine LC-1240er bk Patrone zu refillen.
Zuerst Anleitung von Bernd durchgelesen, anschl. Patrone zerlegt und nach Rücklaufverhinderer gesucht....und keinen gefunden.
Haben sie sich den bei aktuelleren Patronen gespart?
Die einzigen Teile die Verbaut waren:
1. weiße Kappe
2. Auslass-Dichtung
3. Verschluß-Stempel mit Feder

Wenn man in die Auslass-Öffnung hineinschaut, sieht man nur die Auslassbohrung. Eine weitere Bohrung seitlich gibts auch noch, welche man auf dem Bild nicht sieht.

Was mir noch aufgefallen ist, dass der Drucker nach Tinte schreit, obwohl in der Patrone noch reichlich Tinte vorhanden ist.
Hat der Brother auch eine Abschaltung, wie es bei Canon gemacht wird (rotes X). Brother hat ja nur den Schwimmer zur Erkennung, oder? Hab jedenfalls kein weiters Sichtfenster für einen Sensor oder änliches erkennen können.

Ein Refill per Hstt-Adapter war nach Zusammenbau problemlos möglich. Wie hoch darf mann denn die Tinte füllen, war mir da nicht so sicher. Wollte nicht riskieren, dass mir die Suppe beim Entlüftungsventil rauskommt.
