ich hab mal ein Bild gemacht - damit man sich das besser vorstellen kann:

Das ganze sind so federne Blechteile. Die lassen sich links rechts bewegen - das Probleb ist aber die Auf und Ab Bewegung bzw. die Höhe auf der das Teil sich befindet. Kassette ist halt nicht gleich Kassette - das Problem tritt i.d.R. auch nur bei Nachbaukassetten auf. Wobei es auch bei einer Original Epson Kassette mit schon mal passiert ist. Wenn man weiss woran es liegt - keine Grosse Sache. Wenn nicht - ein grosses Problem;=)

Ich geh mit einem langen Schraubendreher unter das Blech mit dem Stift und heben das ca. 5mm nach oben - reicht dann schon.

danke für die Info. Habe zwar noch kein solches Gerät hier oder beim Kunden stehen aber erste Interessenten.
Könnte man diese Blechstange irgendwie arretieren so das sie in der richtigen Position bleibt?

bei der Workforce Serie werden die Tintentanks nicht mit einem Bügel oder einer Klappe im Drucker gehalten, statt dessen kommt ein Druck-Einrastmechanissmuss zum Einsatz der aehnlich wie an einem Druckkugelschreiber funktioniert.

Legt man den Tank ein und drückt diesen fest nach hinten, dann hält der Tank bei loslassen von alleine fest. Wird erneut gedrückt rastet der Tank aus und kommt beim loslassen auch dem Tankschacht heraus.

Wenn ein Tank mal nicht einrastet, egal wie fest man drückt - ist folgendes passiert:

Wenn man in den Schacht der Tankaufnahme schaut, sieht man im Bereich des weissen Filzes vier silberfarbige Blechstangen die am Ende einen senkrecht stehenden abgerudeten Stift haben. Ist diese Blechstange etwas zu tief dann versagt der Rastmechanissmuss. Der senkrechte Stift mit der abgerudeten Oberfläche wird dann von der entgegenkommenen Tankkassette direkt nach unten in richtig Filz gedrückt und nichts rastet.

Drückt man die Blechstange etwas nach oben, dann verbiegt sie sich leicht. In der Regel ist dies schon ausreichend. Der Stift mit Stange wird in diesem Fall dann von der entgegenkommenden Kassette nach RECHTS abgelenkt und der Rastmechnissmuss arretiert die Kassette wieder zuverlässig.

Also - bitte - nicht hirnlos nach oben BIEGEN. Wenn man es übertreibt dann stösst die Kassette GEGEN den Stift und man kann die Tanks gar nicht mehr einlegen.
