ja das stimmt wirklich. Auch da ich nicht so viel in Farbe drucke. Es geht dabei um Gelb, das scheint der Drucker wirklich sehr sparsam zu verwenden.

das ist ein interesanntes Problem und auch Lösung.

Das Verhalten kennen wir so nicht. Zumindest nicht bei den 701x Patronen der Serie 1.

Die 789/79x der Serie 2 da werden Startertanks u.U. vom Gerät verweigert wenn man zwischen Geräten die Tanks tauscht. Das ganze scheint eine Sperre zus ein die es verhindert das Startertanks den Kartons entnommen und in anderen Geräten als Normaltank aufgebraucht werden. Bei Serie 1 geht das bei Serie 2 nicht. Das merkt man z.B. dann wenn man ein Tauschgerät bekommt und mit seinen eigenen alten Startertanks weiterdrucken will.

Das Problem kam offenbar zustande, weil sich die Chips auch untereinander "abfragen". Die T7023 war noch die Starterpatrone. Nachdem diese ausgetauscht wurde, ist die T7022 dann erkannt wurde. Ich habe, um wieder drei volle Patronen zu haben, alle drei Farbpatronen getauscht. Für den Techniker dort war das auch so bisher nicht bekannt. Jetzt sind wir alle etwas schlauer.

Danke noch mal für die rege Beteiligung an diesem Problem

Mit einem mir gut bekannten Händler, noch aus der Zeit, als ich noch bei einer Bank gearbeitet habe, wurde jetzt Kontakt aufgenommen. Hatte bei ihm auch schon einen WP-4525 für einen Bekannten besorgt. Nächste Woche werde ich bei ihm mit meinem Gerät vorbei gehen. Er ist guter Dinge, dass er das hinbekommt.

Werde dann hier berichten.

definitiv keine Batterie bei Original Tanks;=) Es könnte gehen mit einem Chipwechsel, wie von mir beschrieben, wenn der Spenderchip von einer Kassette stammt die noch nicht als LEER erkannt wurde. Das bedeutet aber einen Eingriff und dann wird es Epson ziemlich egal sein mit dem Austauschen.

Versuch die Kassette austauschen zu lassen. Zur Not auch einfach mal bei Epson anrufen und wenn die unwillig sind und auf den Händler verweisen - das Ding einfahc zu Epson senden;=) Brief dazu mit Beschreibung.

Die sehen das ist ein Original und wenn es nicht geht können die das testen und werden es vermutlich auch austauschen. Manchmal muss man einfach unkonventionelle Wege gehen;=)

die Originalpatronen haben keine Batterien.
Einige Ersatzpatronen Chips die batteriegestützt arbeiten.

alle Tipps jetzt mal getestet, hat leider nichts gebracht. Immer noch die selbe Fehlermeldung.

Jetzt die Frage, da ich mich mit den Patronen nicht auskenne aber auch schon einiges im Forum gelesen habe:
Sind die XL-Patronen auch mit einer Batterie ausgestattet? Kann es daran liegen, dass bei den Batterien dadurch die Spannung zu weit gesunken ist?
