Allerdings muss ich Dir in der Sache klar widersprechen - es gibt eigentlich(und damit meine ich, wenn keine mechanischen Beschädigungen vorliegen) nicht schnelleres und sicheres als die Kugel (natürlich mit dem richtigen Durchmesser) !

Ich habe festgestellt, dass sich Heißkleber ganz gut eignet.

Da eine 15er/45er Patrone nach einigen Füllungen irgendwann versagt und man die Patrorone nach den jeweiligen Refillvorgängen mit Kugeln wieder verschlossen hat, kann man bei der defekten Patrone nun einen Kaiserschnitt (Sectio) machen.

So hat man wieder alle Bobbel beinander und kann diese bei den anderen Patronen unten reinstecken.

Allerdings muß ich sagen, dass ich dieser Methode (Kugelverschluss) nie recht getraut habe.
Anfangs hatte ich Ädhäsionsklebeband oder Tesafilm verwendet.

ich habe von einem Bekannten für die Befüllung runde Luftgewehrkugeln bekommen. Die Kosten wirklich nicht viel und es funktioniert.

Die Tatsache, dass dies einige tun, macht das Ganze nicht intelligenter. Was bitteschön ist daran mühevoll, eine neue Kugel einzusetzen ...????
Mir ging es einfach nur darum zu erklären, dass eine Kugel in die Patrone hineinzudrücken und zum Schluß eine neue einzusetzen die schnellere und, das sollte man nicht unterschätzen, die sicherste ist. Mehr nicht !

Abdichten einfacher gemacht !!]]> wenn du mal bei den anderen themen geschaut hättest, würdest du allsbald erkennen, daß tatsächlich einige diese Kugel versuchen herauszudrücken....um sie wieder einsetzen zu können oder wenn man diese Kugel hineingedrückt hat eine neue Kugel zu besorgen und diese wieder mühevoll einzusetzen...

ein Tipp von mir:

um die Patrone der 45 Serie wieder dicht zu bekommen kann man(n) sich aus einer normalen Sanitärsilikon einen Propfen/ Zapfen basteln. man sollte dabei ihn wie ein spitz zugehender Kegel formen bzw. zuschneiden....ich habs getan und es ist einfacher als die Kugel mit einer Nadel heraus zu popeln und sie wieder einzusetzten...vorallen dingen gehts schnell...kostet auch fast nix und ist mit einer Lasche versehen wieder zu verwenden...

die Verträglichkeit mit den angebotenen Farben ist gegeben da silikon sich chemisch neutral gegenüber der Ink.- Farbe verhält...

bei Fragen über die Herstellung und Tipps dazu: einfach mailen... :shock:
