unabhängig vom Inhalt Deiner Fehlermeldung kannst Du die "Reinigungsarbeiten" trotzdem auch bei der 15er durchführen.
Es gibt da manchmal merkwürdige Querverbindungen.

wobei ich hier anmerken muss, die 78er sind nicht gerade in gsünstige Ersatzteil. Und hier auf kompatible auszuweichen rechnet sich i.d.R. auch nicht. Da diese ja schon ein Vorleben haben und entsprechend kürzer halten.

Richtig sparen kann man hier nur mit einem neuen Drucker.

Die 900er HP sind für Farb-Vieldruck absolut nicht mehr wirtschaftlich. Für SW - da kann man sie noch lassen.

wenn Dein Drucker diese Patrone nicht "haben" möchte, kannst Du abkleben oder resetten oder Tinte reinfüllen - es interessiert ihn überhaupt nicht.

Der einzig richtige Weg, der etwas hätte bringen können, ist das Reinigen der Kontakte.
Da Du das schon in Angriff genommen hast, empfehle ich trotzdem noch das Reinigen der Stifte des Druckers. Ich kann Dir natürlich nichts versprechen, aber diese Verunreinigungen dort sollte man nicht unterschätzen(ich spreche aus Erfahrung).
Ich weiß zwar nicht, wie Du die Patrone gereinigt hast, aber in hartnäckigen Fällen benutze ich einen (durchaus) harten Radiergummi,de spitz angeschnitten ist(Aber möglichst beim Rubbeln auf den Kontakten bleiben).

Sollte alles das nichts bringen, musst du Dich mit dem Gedanken anfreunden, dass Deine ja bereits mindestens 1x refillte Patrone das Leben ausgehaucht hat - sie lassen sich nunmal nicht unendlich oft refillen.

Ich habe schon sicher 5, 6 Mal die Kontakte abgeklebt, die Kontakte auch gereinigt (auch mit Alkohol), ich habe mit diesem Servieprogramm (hposvc07.exe) den Drucker resettet, musste danach die Sprache zwar neu einstellen, aber die Patrone hat er immer noch nicht angenommen. Die Fehlermeldung ist "Die Farbpatrone wurde falsch installiert. Farbpatrone entfernen und überprüfen". Was kann denn noch sein?
Achja, Luft dürft eigentlich auch nicht drin sein, hab sie zumindest mehrmals geschüttelt und auf den Tisch geklopft, und wenn ich sie auf ein Taschentuch drücke, kommt auch Farbe raus.
