]]> 2004-03-11T12:21:59+01:00 http://www.hstt.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=434&p=2711#p2711 <![CDATA[Verstopfter Patronenkopf]]> meine HP Patronen 51649A habe ich mangels Gebrauch wegen nachlassender Farbe nachgefüllt. Leider ohne Erfolg. Jetzt habe ich diese mit dem Druckkopf in heißes Wasser (70°C), versetzt mit Fensterputzmittel (Sidolin) ca. 3 Min gebadet. Nach dem Einsetzen in den Drucker druckt diese nun wieder. Den Vorgang habe ich so lange wiederholt bis alle Farben korrekt gedruckt wurden. Bei einer Patrone habe ich die Schwammabdeckung herausgebrochen, die Schwämme entfernt und den Patronenkörper so lange mit dem heißen Fensterputzmittelwasser ausgespült und ausgeblasen bis diese absulut sauber war. Anschließend habe ich die Kanäle mit Wasser gefüllt und die Schwämme wieder eingesetzt. Mit der Unterdruckspritzte am Druckkopf saugen bis die Farbe kommt. Ca. 1 Tag stehen lassen und drucken. Wie neu.

Alle drei alten patronen drucken wieder.
