Fehlercode 432 bedeutet laut Liste, daß die Servicestation klemmt oder eine Lichtschranke in der Servicestation defekt ist. Ist im Ergebnis das Gleiche.

Nach drei Jahren Standzeit würde ich auf eingetrocknete Tinte tippen.
Hatte ich bei einem 2000c auch schon mal.

Die Reparatur ist einfach und dauert eine Viertelstunde.
Obere Abdeckung abmontieren (3 Schrauben und zwei Clipse links), rechte Seitenwand auch (eine Schraube, ein Clip hinten). Servicestation ausbauen (drei Schrauben und Stecker für die Kabelage). Das "Rad" auf der linken Seite der Station klebt dank eingetrockneter Tinte manchmal. Saubermachen, alles wieder zusammenbauen. Sollte wieder OK sein.

die Fehlernummer sagt mir nix.

3 Jahre unbenutzt - das ist aber schon hart.

Vermutlich sind die Köpfe im Eimer - die Tinten sind relativ agressiv und zerfressen mit der Zeit so einiges.

Installiert das Ding mal unter W2K oder 98 mit einem Originaltreiber - der verrät doch etwas mehr als der MS Treiber.

Ich fände es zu schade, den Drucker wegwerfen zu müssen, da er bisher nicht viel benutzt wurde.
