den Schlauch im Drucker den gibt es nur als Ersatzteil. Abgesehen davon ist das etwas frickelig das ganze einzubauen.

Da bei dem Designjet gut Tinte fliesst vorallem wenn man Fläche druckt fallen unpassende Tinten zuerst mal nicht auf. Man muss unterscheiden zwichen "das Druckbild ist gut" und "die Tinte ist Standfest im System" - d.h. auch nach Druckpausen und vorallem längeren kann man ohne Probleme weiterdrucken.

Da der Transportdruck nicht sehr hoch ist würde ich einfach versuchen die Schläuche mal durchzublasen, das geht aber nur wenn man das Zulaufventil bei den Tanks und das Auslaufventil bei den Köpfen irgendwie von Hand öffnet, danach mit einer 20er Spritze und einem passenden Adapter Druck drauf gehen, das sollte reichen den dicken Mist rauszubefödern.

Und dann bitte mit guter Tinte wieder in Betrieb nehmen.

Kann man die Schläuche ohne weiteres tauschen?

also die Pumpe ist ja in der Tankkasette und der Kopf lässt Tinte rein wenn er welche braucht. Wenn an der Tankkasette keinen Gewichtsdifferenz feststellbar ist, dann ist der Schlauch zu.

War den vorher irgendwann mal Refilltinte im System?

Nachdem er einige Zeit gestanden hatte, druckte kein schwarz mehr.
Ich hatte noch einen original verpackten Druckkopf, der allerdings schon seit 2 Jahren abgelaufen war. Dieser druckte dann eine Seite fehlerfrei und dann kam wieder nichts. Darauf hin habe ich ihn ins ultraschallbad gehalten.
Gleiches Ergebnis, eine Seite gut und dann war Schluss.
Um sicher zu gehen, dass es nicht an dem GrossTankSystem liegt, habe ich dann einen ganz neuen Druckkopf eingesetzt und eine neue original Patrone.
Wieder das gleiche, anfangs ok, dann immer schwächer, bis nichts mehr raus kommt.
So langsam verzweifle ich. Was kann ich noch tun?
Kann im Drucker selbst ein Schlauch verstopft sein? Wie komme ich da ran?
