einfach einen Streifen Pappe in die die Lichtschranke halten. Die Lichtschranke erkennt dass der Umlenkhebel wo das Teil abgebrochen ist von der Kassette etwas nach unten gedrückt wird. Ist das der Fall dann weiss der Drucker das noch genug Tinte drin ist - der Chip die nur der Vebrauchsanzeige steuer aber nicht die Abschaltung. Man kann ihn aber nicht weglassen. Satrt/Stop in Bezug auf die Tinte geht nur über den Hebel.

der gelben Patrone ein kleines Kunststoffteil abgebrochen ist, der äußere "Schenkel" des etwa V-förmigen Profiles, das sich im Bereich der Lichtschranke hin und her bewegt,
je nach Federkraft.
Da ich anstatt dieses kleinen Ersatzteiles nur die gesamte ISS bekommen kann, habe ich mir einfach ein entspr. Kunststoffteil "geschnitzt" und es mit Sekundenkleber oben
wieder angeklebt, es bestehen aber geringe Unterschiede zum Original, Schenkellänge und Überstand nach außen weichen gegenüber den anderen ab. Ich weiß nicht, ob diese
Abweichungen von Bedeutung sind und wie die Lichtschranken funktionieren ?
Ich habe mal ausprobiert, dieses selbst wiederhergestellte Teil mit dem unversehrten Teil einer anderen Patrone zu tauschen, hat aber nichts gebracht, der Drucker bleibt bei
seiner Anzeige "blinkende gelbe Patrone".

OfficeJet 1200D das ist ein A4 Drucker der aber die gleichen Köpfe und Tanks hat

Im Bild unten sieht man z.B. eine Einheit von einem DeskJet 2000C - der hat noch die Lichtschranken. Die Alternative ist - da hab ich jetzt kein Bild - auch eine Leiterplatte auf der eine Art Blech liegt, dies wird von den schwarzen Umlenkhebel nach unten gedrückt.

Aber egal wie - wenn das an der Stelle ausgelaufen ist, dann hilft nur ein. Kiste zerlegen und die Pumpenantriebseinheit ausbauen. Auch wenn da etwas Elektronik drauf ist das kann man prima auswaschen.

Der mit schwarzer Tinte gefüllte Innenbeutel des Tanks war undicht, so dass die Tinte über die gesamte Patronen-Einsteckfläche nach unten austreten konnte.
Meine Überprüfung ergab, dass die Kunststoff-Pumpstifte der Tanks alle auf einer Höhe liegen.
Die Abklebung des Pumpgummis des gelben Tanks ergab keine plötzliche Erkennung des Tanks.
Die Federkontakte für die Chips wurden geprüft und sind in Ordnung.
Auf der unteren Leiterplatte der Pumpeneinheit, die sich am Boden der ISS befindet, wurden keine Kontakte geprüft.
Fest steht, dass die Tinte bis an Bereiche der unteren grünen Leiterplatte gelangte.
Wie sehen die mechanischen Schaltkontakte aus ? Was meinen Sie mit OJ-1200D ?

wo ist die Tinte den ausgelaufen, am DK oder am Tank ?

Unter dem Halter der Tintentanks ist der Pumpenantrieb. Ich weiss nicht wie das beim 10PS konstruiert ist, aber ältere Drucker haben Lichtschranken, neuere Modelle haben mechanische Schaltkontakte.

Ich würde zuerst mal alle Tank entfernern und prüfen ob die Pumpstifte die sich unter den Tanks befinden alle auf der gleichen Höhe sind. Wenn nicht, dann ist das ein mech. Problem, z.B. gebrochene Rückhohlfeder. Auch wenn der Pump-Gummi des gelben Tanks relativ stramm ist - trotzdem mal zur Fehlereingrenzung einen Klebeband U-Förmig über das Loch kleben und an den Seiten der Kassette fixieren. Wenn der Tank dann plötzlich erkannt wird - dann ist der Gummi trotzdem zu schlapp, kann immer mal vorkommen.

Welche Kontakte haben die geprüft ?

Es gibt die Federkontakte für die Chips? Die sind aber oberhalb der des Tintenaufslaufes. Wenn was aus den Tanks rinnt dann ist es eher die Leiterplatte der Pumpeneinheit. Andere Kontakte sind auf der Leiterplatte z.B. die mech. Schaltkontakte wie z.B. beim OJ-1200D.

Nach dem Einschalten wird nun die gelbe Patrone, obwohl hier eine neue HP-Patrone eingesetzt wurde, als "leer" angezeigt und die Warnleuchte blinkt, drucken ist nicht möglich.
Auch ein Entlüften der Patrone hat nichts gebracht.
M.E. ist die ISS in Ordnung, die Kontakte habe ich überprüfen lassen.
Aus Kostengründen möchte ich die Erneuerung von HP-Ersatzteilen in Grenzen halten.
Hat jemand schon diesbezügliche Erfahrungen gesammelt und kann mir einen Tipp zur Problemlösung geben ?
