Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem C62! Nachdem ich den farbigen Tank schon einige male aufgefüllt habe hab ich mir auch die schwarze Nachfülltinte besorgt. Beim ersten Refill ist das auch gut gegangen, aber jetzt beim zweiten mal will es mir nicht gelingen.

Beim Druckertest kommen bei schwarz nur 7 Elemente der Rest ist ausgefallen. Druckkopfreinigung bringt nix das Ergebniss ist immer das gleiche. Ich habe auch schon mehrfach nachgefüllt weil ich gedacht habe es ist zuwendig Tinte drinnen aber es kommt schon oben an der Patrone raus.

Kann es sein dass die Tinte zu dick ist? Kann man die irgendwie dünnflüssiger machen? Oder gibt es einen Grund warum schwarz nicht druckt die Farben aber doch?

Die schwarze Patrone wird jedenfalls leer wenn man die die Kopfreinigung oft startet.

Jemand ne Idee?

Ich muss noch Weinachtskarten drucken, please help!!!
