hm - dann test mal eine andere Tinte. Nicht alles was bunt und flüssig ist druckt auch in jeder Patrone ohne Probleme.

Unterschiede sind halt da.

mit was für einer Tinte refillst Du den, Hersteller?

HP - ist sicher unpassend.

Wir haben mit unsere Lexmark Tinte eigentlich keine Probleme.

Wie und mit was wäscht Du den den Schwamm aus? Reinigungsmittel??? Die können den Schwamm seiner Eigenschaften berauben. Wenn dann am besten nur warmes Wasser nehmen. Die Schämme nicht 100% trocknen sondern nur von Hand ausdrücken, das reicht.

Versuche mal ohne Filtertausch und auswaschen der Schämme zu refillen, machen Endkunden ja auch. Wenn es dann geht, dann liegt es an Deinem Aufbereitungsprozess. Da muss man dann Schritt für Schritt ausschliessen.

Tinte passt nicht zum Schwamm, Schwamm passt nicht zur Tinte.

So blöd das klingt - es gibt Tinten die gehen nicht bestimmten Schwämmen. Schwamm ist nicht gleich Schwamm und Tinte ist nicht gleich Tinte.

Es kommt auch auf die Spannung de Schwammes an mit der er in die Patrone eingesetzt wird. Lexmarkschwämme werden um ein vielfaches grösser wenn man diese rauszieht, das hat schon seinen Grund. Manche Ersatzschwämme sind zu klein. Aber das merkt man erst hinterher.

Im Zweifel mal mit dem Lieferanten des Zubehörs ein ernstes Wort reden und ggf. mal was anderes probieren.

Ich habe 10 Lexmark 16 und 17 Patronen komplett auseinander genommen auch den alten filter habe ich entfernet, Patrone komplett gereinigt so das mann durch die Düssen durch kucken kann. anschliesend neuen prees in Filter rein und neues Schwamm, tinte rein Deckel zu.

So die Tinte kommt wunderbar raus, es wird eine Seite gedruckt, und das wars die zweite Seite wird nicht mehr richtig gedruckt nur grau mit Streifen, und das bei allen 10 Patronen,

Wo könnte das Problem liegen, was meint 'Ihr??

Also nochmal in heißes Wasser, und dann Spritze oben angesetzt, mit Taschentuch abgedichtet (hab nix anderes zur Hand) und dann Druck drauf gegeben, dann kamen in etwa 4-5 dicke schwarze Tintentropen. Kurz gewartet (weil voll muss sie ja noch gewesen sein) und nun eingesetzt.

Er druckt, das Streifenmuster vom Lexmark-Programm war auch anstandslos und nun bin ich nur gespannt, ob ich auch nach einer Woche drucken kann oder ob dann wieder alles eingetrocknet ist.

Also die Patrone ist neu und wurde nun das erste mal befüllt, ich denke nicht, dass der Druckkopf kaputt ist.

Wie erzeuge ich denn Überdruck? Reinpusten? Wieviel Tinte soll dabei herauskommen?

auf welche Köpfe beziehst Du Dich da im Detail nur schwarz? und 10N oderr 18G bzw. beide?

Uns ist das beim Refill noch nicht aufgefallen, unsere Lexmark´s drucken eigentlich alle ohne diese ominösen Aussetzer. Allerdings muss ich sagen dass weder meine Kollegen noch ich selber mich um einen Lexmarkdrucker prügeln wenn etwas zum testen ansteht.

Bei uns im Vetrieb und bei der Hotline ist eigentlich jeder Rechner mit 2-3 Druckern ausgestatten, totaler Modellmix;=) Aber an fast jedem PC haengt ein Canon oder ein grosser HP. Das sind die Drucker die primär genutzt werden, gerne genutzt werden;=) Der Rest ist Epson, Lexmark und sonstiges Zeug. Es kann daher druchaus sein, dass wenn Lexmark diese Schutzschicht je nebenbei implementiert hat, dann merken wir das gross gar nicht denn wir drucken i.d.R. bei vielen Modellen mit sehr oft refillten Köpfen.

Die haben in der Patrone eine dicke schwarze Schicht mit eingefüllt.
Wenn die Patrone leer ist ist diese Schicht noch in der Patrone.

Tip:

Füllt die Patrone durch das kleine Loch (etwas aufbohren) im Deckel.
Setzt diese dann in heisses Wasser, nach ca.5 min. wieder rausnehmen.
Nehmt eine Spritze und gebt etwas druck (nach Gefühl) auf die Patrone.
Es kommt dann Tinte und eine unbekannte Flüssigkeit aus den Düsen.
Damit spült ihr die Patrone. Dies macht ihr solange bis nur noch Tinte rauskommt, das seht ihr daran das die Tinte auf Küchenpapier sofort einzieht aber die andere Flüssigkeit nicht.
Zum Schluss einen Testdruck machen und es ist alles wieder in Butter.
