2. Es wurde zuviel Tinte eingefüllt. Die überschüßige Tinte tropft dann unten heraus und wird zwischen den beiden Leiterfolien (Patrone/ Patronenschlitten) nach oben gesogen. Nimm also mal die Patrone heraus und sieh dir die Leiterfolie an. Wenn diese sauber ist, kommt nur Punkt 1 oder 3 in Frage.
3. Patrone defekt. Ein Riß in der Leiterfolie oder ein Bruch der Düsenplatte können z. B. Ausfallursache sein.

Ich habe einen Lexmark 1170 und habe gestern meine schwarze Patrone nachgefüllt, wollte heute was drucken und bekomme die Fehlermeldung "Tintenpatrone fehlt".
Die Patrone ist aber ganz sicher im richtigen Slot.. was mache ich falsch? Hat die Patrone gemerkt, dass sie aufgefüllt wurde, und streikt nun? :shock:

Hab das mit dem Wasser mal versucht... und direkt noch was von dieser dubiosen Reinigungsflüssigkeit mit reingegeben.

Endergebnis: nach eins zwei "Test-Absätzen" wieder klasse Druckbild. Sprich, die Aktion hat wunderbar geholfen. Danke für den Tipp.

Scheint nach dem letzten Drucken doch was "festgetrocknet" zu sein! Man(n) lernt halt nie aus.

]]> 2006-04-15T08:18:55+01:00 http://www.hstt.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2650&p=9092#p9092 <![CDATA[Lexmark X1180 streikt nach Refill]]> Versuch doch mal, die Patrone in ca. 0,5cm hohes, heißes Wasser zu stellen (der Druckkopf muß mit Wasser bedeckt sein). 5 Minuten stehen lassen und danach ein Taschentuch an die Düsen halten.
Hier sollte jetzt ein dicker, schwarzer Streifen zu sehen sein.
Patrone einsetzen und ein-zwei mal die Reinigung durchführen.
Wenn zwar auf dem Tschentuch Tinte zu sehen ist, auf dem Papier aber nicht, dann ist entweder zuviel Tinte in der Patrone oder die Düsen haben einen technischen Defekt.

Nachdem mir die Suchfunktion hier im Forum leider keine hilfreichen Beiträge liefern konnte, versuch ich es mal auf diesen Wege. Ich hab einen Lexmark X1180, welchem ich schon zweimal die schwarze Patrone (17) nachgefüllt hatte. Funktionierte einwandfrei, weshalb ich es vor wenigen Tagen wieder versuchen wollte.

Problem nun: der Kollege druckt gar nichts mehr. Also absolut nichts schwarzes mehr. Arbeitskollegen meinten, dass vielleicht die Düsen verstopft wären und nach Reinigung verlangten. Düsen sind gereinigt, aber immer noch kein Druckergebnis (nicht mal ein unzureichendes... nach dem druck ist das Blatt genauso weiß wie vorher :-( ).

Kann mir von euch jemand nen Tipp geben, woran das liegen könnte bzw wie dieses Problem abzustellen wäre? Da ich von der Sache doch recht wenig Ahnung habe, wäre ich für jeden Tipp äußerst dankbar.
