ne keine Idee.

Bei USB geht vieles was im LAN nicht so leicht möglich ist. Das Philips Zeug ist wie die ganzen Olivetti-Geräte eher kleines Gerät. Und selbst bei gröseren Herstellern hat man via LAN teileise nicht alle Funktionen wie beim Direktanschluss - oder es ist zumindest anders umgesetzt. Man darf bei solchen Spielkisten nicht davon ausgehen dass der Hersteller oder die Holtine das bis in die letzte Ecke entwickelt. Da wimmelt es oft von Einschränkungen je nachdem was man macht.

Letzlich ist so ein Ding nur so gut wie die Software die es dazu gibt. Schau einfach mal ob es vieleicht Updates für den Treiber gibt. Evtl. auch mal bei Sagem schauen - vieleicht sind die beim gleichen Modell etwas weiter. Ich hab auch keine Ahnung ob Philips da was verbastelt hat oder ob das mit Saegm Treibern überhaupt läuft.

Das Sendeprofil druckt er ja nur aus, wenn eine Din A4 Seite gefüllt ist.

Schön wäre es natürlich, wenn ich direkt im Programm sehen kann, dass das Fax erfolgreich übermittelt wurde.

Das letzte Fax habe ich an meine Family geschickt. In der Sendebox steht, dass es geicher wurde, späöter springt die Nachricht auf "nicht gesendet" wie bei den anderen auch, obwohl sie gesendet wurden.

Was mir auh aufgefallen ist: Wenn ich das Gerät über USB anschließe, kann ich auch die Rufnummer sehen, die das Fax anwäht und sehe auch, wenn z.B die Rufnummer besetzt ist. Über LAN macht er das nicht.

Der Support von Philips bzw. in dem Fall sogar von SAGEM hat mir auch nicht helfen können.

Vielleicht jemand eine Idee...???

wenn es im Sendrprotokoll als gesendet drin steht - dann sollte er auch machen. Kommt den beim Empfänger was an ? Das ganze ist vom Ablauf nicht logisch - im Sendorprotokll steht ja auch die Gegenstelle mit ID drin - sendet er nicht hat er die Daten nicht.

Ein positiver Protokolleintrag kann es ja nur geben wenn die Sendung erfolgt ist. Vieleicht ist das ja nur das Protokoll für anstehende Sendungen - evtl. gibt da irgendwo ein Switch für Start/Stop.

Mit Philips kenn ich mich aber ehrlich gesagt nicht aus. Sowas hat nur selten einer. Dito. Olivetti.

Mein System:
Windows XP Prof
Gerät via USB und LAN angeschlossen
Verbindung über LAN im Companion Pro LL2 - Monitor ausgewählt.


Als einfacher Benutzer, Admin und mit 2. Pc im Netzwerk getestet. - Gleiche Probleme.

Ich habe die Software auch schon komplett deanstalliert, neu installiert. Keine Veränderung.
Den Ordern habe ich testweise mal auf Vollzugriff für alle gesetzt. Kein Erfolg. Bei der Installation war die Firewall und Antivirensoftware deaktiviert.

Jemand eine Idee?
