]]> 2005-04-12T23:36:02+01:00 http://www.hstt.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1912&p=6757#p6757 <![CDATA[angefeuchtete Küchentücher]]> Ich habe die alle Canon Tinte herausbekommen, indem ich zwei Tage lang die Patrone auf mit kochend heissem Wasser angefeuchtete Küchentücher gestellt habe.
Dann war wirklich nix mehr drin ( Mensch, wie viele Küchentücher da so drauf gehen können !!)
Als nächstes gaaaanz langsam über Zwei - Spritzen System die richtige HP Tinte eingefüllt. Jetzt klappt´s! Auch nach drei Tagen Ausschalten des Faxgeräts! Hurra!

das Gerät hab´ich jetzt austauschen lassen, das Problem ist das selbe. Ergo: Ich geh jetzt mal davon aus, dass ich da wohl die falsche Tinte refillt habe (Wieso auch immer das auch mit der Originaltinte genauso war).
Meine Frage: Wie krieg ich diese Tinte jetzt wieder raus? Kann ich eine Spritze nehmen und die Tinte rausziehen? Besser ein saugendes Tuch nehmen??

also wir empfehlen in der Tat HP Tinte weil diese dort am besten geht, ist ja eigentlich auch ein HP Kopf;=)

Wenn das mit der Originalpatrone auch schon ein Problem war, dann dürfte etwas am Gerät nicht stimmen. Wahrscheinlich dichtet die Parkeinheit den Kopf nicht mehr richtig ab und dann trocknet alles ein, egal ob origiginal oder refill.

Machen kann man da nicht viel, es sei den man guckt sich die Mechanik an versteht wie die funktioniert. Wenn man gluck hat ist nur zuviel Dreck drinnen bzw. der Dichtgummi ist aus der Halterung gerutscht. Wenn man das korrigiert dann geht es wieder.

Es mag sein, dass dies die falsche Tinte ist ??? - ich
hatte an anderer Stelle unter enderlin mal nachgefragt, da
wude mir hp Tinte empfohlen.
Allerdings tauchte dieses beschriebene Problem AUCH mit der
ersten Original-Tinte auf!!
Kann das Eintrocknen auch möglicherweise an einem nicht
ordnungsgemäßen "Einfahren" des Druckkopfs in die
Ruhestellung liegen?
Ich habe an der linken Seite der Schiene, über die der
Druckopf läüft und wo er sich in Ruhestellung befindet,
einen Wattebausch, der allerdings schon durch Tinte relativ
schwarz aussieht. Auf der rechten Seite der Schiene
befindet sich eine Düse, die -glaube ich- die " Baustelle"
für die Kopfreinigung ist.
Was soll ich nun tun? Komplett die Tinte wieder mit Spritze
rausziehen? Leerdrucken?

Wie kann man verhindern, dass am jeweils nächsten Tag die
Faxpatrone nicht mehr funktioniert??

Ich habe eine FPJ 20 Patrone, nach einem Bad in Reiniger und warmen Wasser funktioniert der Druck. Am nächsten Tag ist aber wieder nur ein streifiger oder sogar gar kein Ausdruck zu sehen. Ich muss dann wieder diese Prozedur aufnehmen (Patrone raus, reinigen, warten , einsetzen, ausdrucen).

Was ist denn da los??
