nachdem sich heute wieder zwei Farben verabschiedet haben und ich dringende Faxe drin hatte, habe ich mir Tinte besorgt (für Canon) .

Schawrze war leer, mit der Tinte wie für die LC02 beschrieben Flüssigtintentank schön voll gemacht, abgedichtet und wieder eingesetzt, funzt 1A.

Mit der gelben gings ebenso.

Scheint also ohne Probs zu gehen, die Patronen haben also keinerlei eingebauten Counter etc.

naja - es ist halt ein Multifunktionsgerät und daraus ergeben sich nicht nur Vorteile;=) Die Tinten verbrauchen sich im laufe der Zeit selber, auch wenn man damit nicht druckt. Das ist aber technisch notwendig.

Ein reines Fax, hat nur schwarz, braucht ja keine Farbe. Nimm ein Inkjet Gerät von Canon da kann man nix falsch machen, oder ein Thermotransfer-Film Gerät von Brother. Die sind aber passend wenn man wirklich wenig empfängt.

Nach dem Einsetzen frischer Farbtanks habe ich in den letzten Monaten definitiv keinen Farbausdruck getätigt; sämtliche Mails empfange ich in S/W. Dennoch zwingt mich das Display wiederum zum Erneuern der Farb(!)-Patronen. Der Service hat mir schon mal vor Monaten (kleinlaut) bestätigt, das auch mit nur einer leeren Farbpatrone keine S/W-Mail empfangen werden kann. Wenn eine solche gerade nicht zur Hand ist, ist das geschäftsschädigend! Ich überlege schon, das Fax zu verhökern und zu einem seriöseren Hersteller zu wechseln - aber welchen?

hier im Forum gibt es für div. Geräte Beschreibungen wie man den Ink-Sensor deaktivieren kann. Das ist aber eher dazu gedacht ihn aus zu knipsen wenn eine volle Patrone nicht erkannt wird. Das ist ja auch so ein Ledensthema bei den Gerräten.

Aber wenn man das macht, und keine Tinte mehr im Gerät ist dann dauert es nicht lange bis der Farbige Kopteil total im Eimer ist. Du würdest das Gerät also kaputt machen damit.
