ich hab langsam echt die Faxen dicke von diesem beschi***enem
"Liebe-HP-Kunden-kauft-doch-bitte-alle-6-Monate-eine-neue-superteure-Patrone-von-uns-(auch-wenn-die-alte-noch-voll-ist)" -
Kunden-Bindung von HP! :evil:

Meine Geschichte hier als Kurzabriss:

* Schwarzpatrone leer + Datum abgelaufen
* neue schwarzpatrone gekauft (Datum nicht abgelaufen!)
* Musste PC-Datum trotzdem zurücksetzen, weil Farbpatronen älter/abgelaufen (aber voll!)
* nach ein paar Seiten (ca. 50) will er plötzlich keine Daten mehr annehmen (von Windows mit Datum zurück, von Linux via CUPS)
* Die Testseite wird aber noch fabelhaft gedruckt (d.h. keine tatsächlichen Hardware-Probleme)
* In der Testseite steht was vonwegen "Printhead:Pages printed: 5700" und "Cartridge: Pages printed 5725"...
(kann es sein, dass er nicht mehr Seiten drucken will? ich hab da so einen verdacht :twisted: )

Wenn dem so ist, dass die Druckköpfe nicht mehr als 5700 Seiten drucken will,
gibts da ne Möglichkeit die internen Zähler zurückzusetzen?
(Notfalls auch mit nem Vorschlag-Hammer!!! :evil: :evil: :evil:)

Ich finde das Vorgehen das HP da an den Tag legt (gelegt hat?) schlichtweg zum Kot*en!
Mit dem abgeschlossenem Kaufvertrag dachte ich, hab ich doch das Eigentum an dem Drucker erworben!?! :?
Prinzipiell dürfte ich doch dann auch einen riesigen Nagel in das Ding reinhaun und es mir an die Wand hängen...
...das hat doch niemanden mehr zu interessieren, oder?!

Mit der Druck-Qualität war ich bislang eigentlich immer recht zufrieden,
aber was die "Kunden-Bindung" und "Kosten-Ausuferung" angeht, ist mein nächster GARANTIERT KEIN HP mehr!
