Unterm Strich aber total Unwirtschaftlich, angesichts was der Kunde dafür bezahlt.

Hier nun das Ergebniss, ich denke so kann man das lassen.
Isopropanol ins Auge bekommen, einiges auch eingeatmet (mensch ist mir schwindlig), Finger beim Dampfreinigen verbrannt, Finger wieder schmutzig, aber was tut man nicht alles für seine Kunden :D :D
so jetzt mach ich Feierabend!

Wasser soweit rein das die Siebe des Kopfes verschwunden sind, gebe etwas Reiniger dazu und schalte die Heizung ein. Das bleibt dann ein paar Stunden drin. Dann schalte ich die Heizung ab, warte noch ne halbe Stunde damit das Wasser handwarm wird, nehme den Kopf raus, mache den Stempeltest und spüle ggf. die fehlende Farbe noch mit Spritze und Gummischlauch vorsichtig.
Danach muß man aber unbedingt die Platine auf der Rückseite lösen um das Kondenswasser von dem IC entfernen zu können. Da hinten sammelt sich eine ganze Menge Wasser. Ich mache abschließend noch ein paar Tropfen Isoprop auf die Beine des IC, damit auch dort eevntuelle Wasserreste rausgespült werden.
Ich hatte ja etwas Schwierigkeiten mit dem OCP-Magenta bei Canon. Da sind jede Menge Kunden mit ihren Druckern hier gewesen und hatten den Grünstich bemängelt. Diese ganzen Köpfe habe ich so wieder frei bekommen.

traust Du dich den zu zerlegen ?

Wenn ja, die Düsenplatte von hinten her auswaschen mit einem Mini-Kärcher und dann das ganze noch ein Renes Düsenfrei einlegen. Den schwarzen Platsikbody mit Druckluft durchpusten. Mehr kann man dann nicht mehr machen.

In anbetracht der Seitenleistung gut hinbekommen. Kompas ?

ich würde das Ding unter den Wasserhahn halten. Den DK nicht den Drucker!

Zuerst unten mit dem Finger unter fliessend Wasser putzen. Und dann von oben auf die silbernen Ansaugteile. Darf ruhig warm sein. Noch geht ja was durch, also kommt das Zeug unten von alleine raus. Wenn es relativ sauber ist, auch mal ne Weile das Wasser auf die Düsenplatte laufen lassen.

Danach in ein Küchentuch und abtrocknen und so wie es ist zurück in die Maschine.

Reinigen, Düsentest und mal schauen.

Auch dort Reiniger rein, wo die Patronen sitzen.
Mit frischen Patronen reinigen und testen.
Ist ja nicht wirklich viel mit gedruckt worden!

Magenta kam zuvor gar nicht mehr, nach intensiver manueller Reinigung kommt wenigstens etwas magenta, doch lange nicht ausreichend. Ich geh davon aus der der DK das Lebensende erreicht hat.
