der scan klappt also nicht...

o.k. fragen über fragen:

neueste software(updates?)?
usb-kabellänge?
kabel schon mal gewechselt?
hat der scan schonmal geklappt?
wenn ja, was ist seit dem geändert worden, oder nicht?

...sind so ansatzpunkte, ohne weiteres wissen...

ein bischen mehr info wäre gut!

hätt ich deinen drucker auf dem tisch, und installieren können, könnt ich mehr sagen...

ich habe nun die Drucker software nochmals instaliert----und es geht immer noch ned....im moment speicher ich mit jpeg format ab, pdf macht er einfach zu groß. hat vkllt noch jemand ne idee wwas ich machen könnte, denn es ging ja mal. liebe grüße marie

ich hab einen Epson Stylus SX410. Wenn ich etwas scanne und im Pdf format abspeiern will dann lässt er ein "Teil" weg oder vergrößert das Bild. Wenn ich es in Jpeg abspeicher geht es, aber dann kann ich es auch nicht mehr ausdrucken für die schule oder so. Kann mir jemand helfen? das ist erst seit kurzem so.
