er will Dir mitteilen dass er ein Problem mit der Foto-Übertragungseinheit hat.

Hast Du gelesen was Bekario Dir geschrieben hat? Es nicht nicht damit getan den Chip zu ersetzten....

Also mit dem ersten Chip hat´s nicht geklappt, da er für den Schwarz-Toner ist.
Hab einen anderen bestellt.
Ausgetauscht, hat wie neu gedruckt.
Aber ... nicht lange.
Ca. nach 450 Seiten zeigte er folgendes an: Probl. Foto-übertr.-E
Was könnte das bedeuten???

lass die Einheit mal weg;=) Also draussen lassen. Ich denke dann zeigt er das gleiche an. "ein." steht vielleicht für "einsetzten" ?

Dann könnte der Chip nicht richtig sitzen, oder der falsche Typ sein? Vermutlich ist die Erkennung nur über den Chip gesteuert.

der Fotoleiter ist vom Chip aus mit 42.000 BK Seiten oder 10.500 Colorseiten gesichert.
Der Chip kostet bei uns z.B. 20 Euro. Damit ist es aber nicht unbedingt getan, an der Fotoleiterkassette sitzt auch der Resttonerbehälter
der könnte natürlich recht voll sein. Leeren ist nur durch zerlegen möglich!
Wenn man sich da dran traut, kann man auch gleich die Trommel tauschen (35€ bzw. 50 inkl. Chip) :wink:

Ich empfehle bei solchen Colorlasern immer auf s/w stellen, falls Farbe wirklich notwendig ist halt umstellen kommt man schnell mind. doppelt so weit.

wie - das ist die Frage - ich schrieb ja ich kenne das Modell nicht.

Wir haben unseren Schwerpunkt bei Tintendruckern. Nicht Laser und schon gar nicht Farblaser;=)

Der Fotoleiter, wenn es der ist, der ist gechipt. In dem Fall braucht man einen Ersatzchip.
