sorry - mit dem Service-Mode von den Dingern da müssen wir passen. Die testen wir nicht.

Einer unsere Kunden hat ein Gerät wo er die Patronen 338 und 343 resetten konnte. Er hat bei 338 die 2 oberen Kontakte links nach dem bekannten Schema abkeklebt und bei der 343 die Kontakte oben recht jeweisl auch die 2. Ob das Zufall war kann ich nicht sagen, jedenfalls drucken die leeren Tanks dort wieder im Refillbetrieb mit vollem Tintenstand.

Unterm Strich bleibt aber die Erkenntniss - dass die Geräte wenn man viel druckt nicht gekauft werden sollten. Die Köpfe können halt nur wenige male refillt werden.

Will jetzt das Thema mit den 339 und 344 Patronen nochmals aufgreifen da hier nichts steht wo wirklich hilft.

Beim rumprobieren am Drucker (hacken) ist mir aufgefallen dass man mit # und* gleichzeitig zum Passwort für Service aufgefordert wird. Dass Passwort ist 123 und man kommt ins Technikermenu. Nur leider weiss ich nicht was für Parameter man eingeben müsste um den Tintenstand zu löschen. Man kann dort extreme Statistiken vom Drucker auslesen, sogar wieviele Tropfen jede Farbe bei welchem Vorgang etc. gemacht hat. Es muss doch jemad die servicemenus kennen!

Kann da jemand weiterhelfen?

Es kann ja nicht sein dass man die Patronen oder den Drucker nicht überlisten kann.
