Selbst bei manchen (bisher 2) nagelneuen Original-Patronen druckte Magenta nur streifig. Und das, obwohl das MHD der Patrone 2007 war.

Mit einer refillten Patrone kann ich z.B. nur eine DinA4-Seite drucken, danach fließt Magenta nicht mehr nach. Die Farben Yellow und Cyan sind gar kein Problem.

Bei anderen Patronen wiederum funktioniert das Nachfüllen einwandfrei. Ich persönlich tippe eher auf eine oder mehrere kleine Luftblasen, die sich auf der Unterseite der Patrone bilden könnten und die Tinte vom Nachfließen abhalten.

In jedem Fall scheint es eine Art Konstruktionsschwäche der Patrone zu sein... .

Is it possible to exchange information in English ? My German is too bad to write. I understand only a very little bit.

I have a shop where we refill almost all the inkjet cartridges. Unfortunately I have stopped 10 days ago to refill the HP 343 and HP 344 du to bad customer feedback.

The two issues I have noticed :

- One of the three color is missing. A test page seems ok, but when you print a photo, a color is missing.

- I am not able to refill the same quantity of ink as in a new HP 344 (50 gr)

Does anyone have the same issue and could share some information about this ?

Das sollte der Drucker aber bemerken.
