also sehen zu können wer wann was gedruckt hat, kann schon Sinn machen. Ein stupiden Seitenzaehler den gibts teilweis ja bei den Drucker on-Board bei Canon im Service-Menu und bei den grossen HP´s auf der Info-Seite.

Und auch Fineprint hat einen Seitenzaehler. Geht aber auch nur wenn man über Fineprint druckt.

Was ich bisher gesehen habe muß man Karens Printlogger starten bevor man druckt, ansonsten funktionierts nicht.

Bei Papercut wird ein eigener Hintergrund-Dienst installiert (benötigt ungefähr 2MB an Resourcen), es muß also nicht eigens das Programm gestartet werden. Die Protokolierung funktioniert einwandfrei, allerdings sieht man bei beiden Programmen nicht auf anhieb die Gesamtszahl der gedruckten Seiten, da kein Gesamtzähler existiert. Jedenfalls hab ich diese Option bisher nicht gefunden.
