ich hab das nur erwähnt, weil es Kundenanfragen gibt, die ein Profil zur Tinte haben wollen. Der bisherige Lieferrant hätte das ja auch;=) Und Papier ist ja sowieso nur weiss.... Wenn die Tinte komplett daneben liegt, dann kann das schon etwas bringen. Nur es ist eben nicht professionell. Mit -15 und pi*Auge bekommt man das dann auch gebacken.

Danke Euch beiden für Antwort.

Der Druckausrichtung-Testdruck ist schon der nach vielen Reinigungen und Intensivreinigungen. Die letzten Testdrucke sahen übrigens alle gleich aus.
Im Anhang jetzt auch Düsentest-Muster (leider nur als .jpeg. Die Übertragung auf ein .doc zeigte den gelben Streifen in der oberen Reihe deutlicher, ließ sich aber nicht als Anhang hochladen).
Obere Reihe: alle 4 Farben
Spalten unten: Spalte E auch leer. - Was gehört da rein? (Leider habe ich die früheren Testbogen vernichtet, also jetzt keinen Vergleich)

Der Tintenverbrauch aus den Tanks war hoch. Ich musste mehrere vorher halbleere ersetzen.
Übrigens habe ich Text gedruckt, Druck in allen 4 Farben ist möglich.

Also sind die Düsen demnach nicht verstopft? - Was ist der Fehler dann?

PS. Die bei Reinigungen verbrauchte Farbe soll in einem Auffanggefäß gesammelt wwerde. Wenn dieses Gefäß voll ist, soll mann nicht mehr drucken können. - FRAGE: wie komme ich an dieses Gefäß ran, um es zu entleeren?
Ich nehme den Drucker regelmäßig im Auto mit. Daher soll das Gefäß bei Transport ja auch nicht überschwappen. Also Entleerung dringend.
Weil i550 nie gelitten hat bei häufigen langen Autotransporten (> 800 km), würde ich ihn gern wieder flott kriegen mit Eurer Hilfe.

Hat er immer Chancen?

ein i550 ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Es kann an Kopf oder Ansteuerun gliegen. Muss aber nicht - letzteres macht noch etwas Hoffnung.

Die Frage ist ob die Düsen frei sind, das wäre dann der Fall wenn bei der Reinigung oder besser danach der Tintenstand in den Tanks gefallen ist. Sind die Düsen frei - dann wird ja Tinte abgepumpt. Egal ob der Kopf oder die Elektronik defekt sind.

Andersrum - haben die Tanks nach der Reinigung nicht weniger drin - dann ist das ein Zeichen dafür dass die Düsen zu sind. Und dann kann es auch mit funktionierender Elektronik und einem Kopf der OK ist nicht drucken.

Bevor man jetzt X-mal reinigt - was ja auch nicht gut ist, mach einfach folgendes:

Tanks raus
Kopf raus
Und dann den Kopf auf einem saugfähigem Küchenpapier abstelmpeln. Mehrfach - es müssen immer alle 4 Farben sichtbar sein. Kommt nix - dann sind die Düsen definitv zu.
