Hatte jetzt in meine Läden 5 solcher Fälle alleine in den letzten 2 Wochen!!!Ich kotz sowas von ab.

Bei mir gehen sie noch.Mache ein Testdruck.Beim Kunden gehen sie auch für ein paar Wochen und dann kommt die Fehlermeldung"Eine Tintenpatrone wird nicht erkann" :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

also eigentlich ist das eine gutmütige Patrone. Was bei den neuen Geräte definitiv nicht geht ist der Füllstandsreset. Das geht / ging nur bei den Ersten Geräte die diese Serie benutzt haben. Wenn der Kunde nach 2-3 Wochen zurück kommt dann würde ich mal die Kasetten wiegen. Das Problem bei den Refillshopkunden ist halt - die drucken die Patronen richtig leer. Und das mögen die nicht. Meistens läuft color einige Wochen mit bis man merkt dass nix mehr drin ist. Und dann ist es meist zu spät.

4-5 Refills gehen bei unseren eigenen Geräten ohne Probleme.

Wir verpacken sie auch gut und bei unseren tester funken die auch meistens gut :oops:

Du füllst sie für den Kunden,machst ein Testdruck.Erklärst noch den Reset und 2 -3 Wochen später kommt der Kunde zurück.
Fehlermeldung.Patrone wird n icht erkannt.das haben wir in unseren Läden ca.2-3 mal pro Woche das problem.
Haben die anderen refill-betreiber das gleiche Problem?
Bin schon teilweise am überlegen die gar nicght mehr zu füllen.Leider kommen sie wirklich sehr häufig.ich denke da hat canon irgend ein haltbarkeitsdatum eingebaut...
