- Er hat gemeint, dass ich die Tinte aufkeinenfall leer drucken darf.

Wir hatten die 41er bis zu 7 mal befüllt. Plötzlich ging nicht mal mehr 1 Befüllung.
Software-Firmware-Update des Druckers? & Modifizierte Patronen?
Hatten/haben die gleichen Probleme wie knie-markus. Selten ist die 40er von einem Defekt betroffen. Klären daher den Kunden vorher auf, dass die Patronen nach 20-30 Seiten defekt sein können. Ist das der Fall: Patrone zurück--Geld zurück.

Wie kann das eigentlich passieren, dass der Drucker auf einmal die Tinte nicht erkennt?
2 Tage zuvor hat ja alles super funktioniert und plötzlich am nächsten Tag beim anschalten "Tinte wird nicht erkannt".

leider ist bei dieser Meldung die Patrone endgültig defekt! benno3 hat hier völlig recht. Neue kaufen und weiter gehts.
Aber, dann hast Du zwei mal bezahlt, für das Befüllen und für eine neue Patrone. Befüllen war also eine teure Null Nummer! Warum also das nächste mal wieder befüllen? Frag Deinen Refiller mal nach seiner Garantie! Gib ihm die Patrone. Wenn er gut ist, wird er dir den Befüllpreis mit der neuen Patrone verrechnen.

wenn diese ansage kommt....sind deine patronen elektrisch gesehen für den drucker müll. :? .

da kannst du abkleben(sehr lustig übrigens dieser link...) oder bei vollmond eine katze auf den friedhof werfen...beim roulett heißt es "rien ne va plus"...nichts geht mehr.

neue patronen am dienstag und gut is. sorry: hört sich brutal an, is aber so...

ich wünsch dir noch einen schönen entspannten pfingstmontag

p.s.: nicht die tinte wird erkannt, sondern die patronen...is eben der unterschied.

ich habe am Dienstag meine Druckertinte nachfüllen lassen, hat alles super funktioniert, bis auf heute. Wollte gerade etwas drucken und da kommt die Fehlermeldung, dass die Druckertinte nicht erkannt wird...

Habe schon die Aktivierung der Patronen ausprobiert aber trotzdem funktioniert es nicht...



Drucker: Canon MP 150
Tinte: PG40 und CL41

Hoffentlich kann mir jemand helfen.
