das wird sicher an der Kartusche liegen. Ich würde auch erst mal kräftig schütteln und die Bildtrommel manuell drehen um auf Verschmutzungen kontrollieren. Ggf. mit Isoprop oder Fensterputz vorsichtig reinigen.
Ansonsten könnte man sich auch mit dem Samsungsupport in Verbindung setzen. Bestenfalls senden die dann eine richtige (große) Kartusche als Ersatz zu. Beim Händler könnte es passieren daß dieser damit argumentiert das es sich bei der Kartsche um Verbrauchsmaterial handelt.

Das sieht nach einer Mangelversorgung aus. Letzte Woche hatte ich so einen Fall - HP Laserdrucker, der wohl futsch ist. Und eine Kollege einer anderen Firma meinte da baucht es einen neuen Laser;=) Der Bezog es aber nicht auf den Drucker sondern auf die Belichtungseinheit. Zufällig war ich in der Nähe und hab mit die Kiste direkt bei Kunden angesehen. Das muss am Drucker liegen, der Fehler tritt bei mehreren Tonerkassetten auf. Hab ich selber gesehen - nur die Streifen waren eben immer an einer anderen Stelle;=) Hab dann mal 30 Sek geschüttelt und Bingo wie NEU. War dem Besitzer dann mega peinlich;=)

Das Bild sieht jedenfalls genauso aus.

Also Schütteln kostet nix. Wenn es davon nicht weggeht wird es schwierig, kann alles und nix sein. Ich würde aber wenn dann auf die Kassette tippen. Kam den wenigstens eine einzige Seite absolut OK raus ?

Ein Purge Blatt schwarz aus - kostet zwar Toner aber da sieht man mehr Regelmässigkeit als an der Testseite mit Text.

Was ein bischen gegen diese Therorie spricht ist, dass in manchen Bereichen es oben Fett druckt unten aber dann die Farb fehlt. Evtl. hat die Kassette ein mechanisches Problem, oder

habe heute mein neuen Drucker erhalten inkl. Starter Toner (bis zu 700 Seiten..jaja ich weiß aber 10 sollte er schon schaffen)

Das Problem er druckt die Seiten nur sehr schwach aus, jetzt weiß ich nicht woran es liegt.

Ich habe das Sicherungsband langsam aus dem Toner gezogen und auch an der Sollbruchstelle getrennt.
