hab heute einen Pro K8600 auf dem Tisch gehabt mit Mega-Papierstau. Hab extra die Abdeckplatte der Stachelwalzen im Druckweg ausgebaut um alles restlos rausfieseln zu können.

Als er dann wieder lief ist mit aufgefallen dass er relativ laut KNACKT wenn er mit dem Kopfschlitten die Kupplung auf der linken Seite betätigt. Der Grund waren LOSE SCHRAUBEN in der Baugruppe des Papiereinzugantriebes.

Betroffen waren die beiden Halteschrauben für den Antriebsmotor - die Fixierschraube für die Zahnriemenspannrolle und die Fixierschraube für die Sensoreinheit. Im obigen Bild sind die Übertäter Lila eingekringelt.

Und das ganze schon nach 6.500 Seiten - wobei man sagen muss der Drucker stand etwas wacklig beim Kunden auf dem Tisch.

Zerlegen ist übrigends Easy;=)

- Duplexer oder Dummyplatte abnehmen.
- Oberen Deckel öffnen und 2 silberne Schrauben unter dem Deckel im Rückwartigen Bereich entfernen
- Auf der Rückseite die 5 schwarzen Torx entfernen.
- Rückwand abziehen - unter dem Duplexerloch am Steg des unteren Randes sind 2 Clipse
- Linke und Rechte Gehäuseseite nach hinten abziehen.

Alles ist zugänglich.
