ich hab die Email-Anhänge mal in das Forum hochgeladen, geht ganz einfach mit der Funktion "Dateianhang hochladen" - ist unter dem Textfeld für die Nachrichten.

Das sieht man leider nicht viel - man sieht nur dass es nicht stimmt;=)

Machen Sie mal einen Düsentest via Druckertreiber oder Bedienfeld am Drucker, dies Bild dann bitte scannen und hochladen. Nur damit sieht man wo das Problem liegt und wie gross es ist.

Aber ich hab auch was rausgefunden...

1. Man geht in den Wartungsmodus mit:
Drücke auf Ihrem Gerät nacheinander innerhalb von 2 Sekunden die Tastenkombination :
Menü dann Start s/w dann 4 x + Taste

2. Dann die 8 Auswäheln per + Taste dann Eing.
danach dann die 0 wählen per + Taste dann Eing.
Jetzt seit ihr im Log.

3. Per + Taste geht ihr durch die Einträge.
Der 19. lautet Page: 000000XXXX
Also bei XXXX steht dann eure Zahl an Drucken.

4. Zurück gehts per Stopp

5. Wartungsmodus verlassen mit:
+ Taste bis 9 erscheint dann Eing.
und dann nochmal + Taste bis 9 erscheint dann Eing.
Danach steht dann Wait... und dann Neustart.

ja, man kann einen Maintanance Modus aufrufen. Schau mal in die Refill-FAQ Insie rein. Da ist steht was zu einem Modell aus der Serie. Wie das mit dem Maintanence Modus geht ist im LC-900 Forum beschrieben.

Kenne das von Kronenberg. Die arbeiten mit einer Beschichtungstechnologie, die die Farbe in der Beschichtung einschließt. Dadurch kann Wasser den Disks nichts mehr anhaben.

ich bin ratlos und hoffe auf tolle Ideen.

Drucker an.
Meldung kommt:
"Leer: Schwarz"
"Wenig: Cyan"
"Wenig: Magenta"
"Wenig: Gelb"

Okay, Klappe auf, und sofort:
"Keine Patrone, Schwarz einsetzen"

Schwarz rein, klappe zu:
"Keine Patrone. Klappe öffnen und Schwarz einsetzen."

Immer das selbe Spiel. Schon drei Patronen versucht, auch originale und Kompatible.
Neustart ganz ohne Patronen, er bleibt dabei.
Auch reset über Maintrace, alles ohne Erfolg.

Noch ideen?

sag ich doch;=)

Ich tippe dennoch auf eine Ablagerung. Wenn es an der Tinte liegt, dann sollte es ja eigentlich bei allen Düsen von BK ausfransen. Es sei den schlechte Tinte läuft gerade eben erst in den DK rein. Da schliesse ich aber aus, weil Reinigung ist ja des öfteren gemacht worden.

Neue Tinte OK - aber das wird sich dann erst zeigen wenn 1/2 Tankfüllung durch ist. So schneell kommt das ja nicht zum Kopf.

Dafür hat der Drucker dann aber doch lange gehalten.
So schlimm sieht das zumindest nicht aus.
Auch mal ein anderes Papier getestet? Evt. verläuft hier die Tinte zu sehr.
Oder doch die Tinte, die zu wässrig ist.

Ich würde mal Testweise eine Originalpatrone nehmen.
Ist das Ergebis dann besser, kann man 1+1 ja zusammenzählen.
Ist es nicht besser, sollte man auch mal das Alter des Druckers in Betracht ziehen!

das sind keine böhmischen Dörfer, sondern ist lediglich Englisch.

Initial-Purge = Erstbefüllung des Systemes mit Tinte
Waste-Ink Counter = Füllstandzähler für den Alt-Tintentank.

Den Rest schreibt gleich der Co-Moderator...

Ich merke schon, ich werde älter. Begriffe wie Initial Purge und Waste-Ink Counter sind böhmische Dörfer für mich.

vergiss die Reinigungspatronen. Das bringt nix - man müsste einen Initial-Purge ausführen.

Egal was in der Reinigungspatrone drin ist, es kommt erst zum Druckkopf wenn es druch das ganze Zuleitungssystem gelaufen ist. Das bekommt man nur mit einem Initial Purge hin. Der Nachteil ist davon. man knallt sich den Waste-Ink Counter voll. Und wenn man ein Problem hat, z.B. fast alle Düsen einer Farbe sind ausgefallen, dann braucht man mehrere Zyklen bevor das überhaupt am DK ankommt.

Ich will mal hoffen der Scn war SW oder?

Es fehlen ja nur ein paar Düsen, aber man sieht bei BK dass das nicht sauber ist.

Versuch mal die Unterseite es Druckkopfes zu reinigen, im Forum gibt es dazu Beiträge die beschreiben wie man das macht. Angefeuchtetes Küchentuch unter den Druckkopf legen. Küchentuch in den Druckweg legen, Druckkopf anheben, drüber schieben und drauf absetzten. Warten.... ggf. kann man auch so ein Küchenlappen nehmen, die aus dem Schaummaterial, nass machen und das gleiche wie mit dem Paier machen und ggf. auch unter dem Druckkopf von Links / Rechts ziehen also hin und her.

Ich denke dass das Ablagerungen am der Düsenplatte sind die Tropfen ablenken.

den Dorn zu reinigen bringt gar nix. Mach bitte mal einen Düsentest, Taste Tinte/Ink oder via Treiber. Scanne den und stellt das Bild hier in das Forum ein. Bilder kann man direkt über Dateianhang hochladen einstellen.

Welche Marke an Tintentanks benutzt Du den? Hersteller ?

Wenn einzelne Düsen ausfallen dann ist dasein Problem am Druckkopf, oftmals auch bedingt druch qualitativ schlechtes Verbrauchsmaterial, oder Verbrauchsmaterial das falsch gehandhabt wird. Bei einigen kompatiblen Tintentanks muss man eine entlüftung aufmachen, Folie zum abziehen doer so. Tut man das nicht dann gibt der Tank sogut wie keine Tinte ab. Bei Brother Originaltanks ist das anders gelöst, die sind aber auch anders aufgebaut.

Beim googeln bin ich auf Euer Forum gekommen. Ich habe ein riesen Problem. Mein Drucker, ein Brother DCP115C druckt nicht mehr gut. Es sieht aus wie gefusselt. Trotz mehrmaligen Reinigen kommt kein gutes Testbild. Die schwarze u. cyan Patronen habe ich rausgenommen und mit Ohrstäbchen u. Isopropavol um den Dorn gesäubert. Wieder eingesetzt und kein Erfolg. Können Sie helfen?

Ich habe die Antworten durchgelesen, aber das traue ich mir nicht mehr zu (oldtimer).Ich füge mal den Testdruck bei. Zweimal habe ich den Maintenance durchgeführt. Danach der vorliegende Testdruck. Soll ich mal Maintenance mit den Reinigungspatronen durchführen?
