ein gewissen Rest-Risiko bleibt natuerlich, aber ich würde zu 98% sagen es liegt nur am Kopf und nicht am Drucker. An sich ist der 9000er ja ne tolle Maschine es lohnt sich also sicher.

also die Folie kann man nicht abziehen, man kann nur die komplette Einheit aus Düsenplatte mit Keramikträger, die braune Folie und die grüne Leiterplatte vom schwarzen Kunstoffträger trennen. Dei Folie kann man aber nicht zerlegen und kann sie auch nicht von den anderen Teilen trennen. Tut man das hat man einen Totalschaden.

Habe gerade den Kopf inspiziert. Es sieht so aus, als ob unter die braune Folie in einem bestimmten Segment Tinte geflossen wäre. Allerdings kann das auch die von Dir angesprochene durchgebrannte Leiterbahn sein. Leider kann ich die braune Folie nur einen kleinen Teil abziehen, der Teil, der direkt mit dem Kopf verbunden ist, ist allerdings wohl verklebt. Darunter befindet sich die "Störung"...

wenn es so aussieht dann ist es meist der Kopf.

Mal ein Tip. Mach ihn, speziell den Folienleiter mal gut sauber und schau Dir die Leiterbahnen auf dem Folienleiter dann mal mit einer Lupe an.

Bei dem Fehlerbild ist ein Teil des Düsensegmentes ausgefallen. Sehr oft sieht man in solchen Fällen auch eine Beschädigung an dem braunen Folienleiter, z.B. durchgebrannte Leiterbahnen innerhalb der braunen Folie. Es ist jedenfalls nicht eine Verstopfung innerhalb des Kopfes. Entweder ein Kontaktproblem oder ein defektes Düsensegment, bzw. es ist eher der Decoder der das Segment effektiv ansteuert der ist aber im Kopf verbaut und bildet mit dem Segment eine Einheit.

Sind die Kontakte trocken und sauber?

Wenn Du auf 100% Sicherheit gehen willst, müsstest den Druckkopf mal in einem anderen Gerät checken.

Bitte Testdruck ansehen...]]> ich habe einen Canon S9000 Fotodrucker, bei dem es seit längerem ein Problem gibt. Es scheint, als würde "Cyan" nicht mehr richtig gedruckt werden. Der Testausdruck (oben rechts) bestätigt meine Vermutung. Was kann das sein? Ist der Druckkopf defekt oder hilft evtl. eine gründliche Reinigung mit "Spezial-Druckkopfreiniger", wie er immer in diversen Foren angeboten wird...?
