was heist der Kopf bewegt sich kaum ?

Drucke mal eine Seite aus die wirklich zu 100% Voll ist, also wo der Text in Word eine ganze Seite einnimmt und wo er ganz von links nach rechts durchläuft.

Es gibt dann 2 Möglichkeiten:

1. Der Kopf fährt zeilenweise über das ganze Blatt so als wenn er druckt. Dann stimmt was mit dem Kopf/Tank nicht.

2. Er zieht das Papier nur ein, faehrt ein bischen links/rechts und spuckt das Blatt dann wieder aus. Dann hat der Drucker ein Problem/Störung.

Du kannst auch aus dem PDF-Download den Balkentest nehmen oder das Testchart - ist zwar nen PDF aber die Drucker differenzieren da nicht. Kommen nur die Farben - dann ist das Punkt 1. oder das Blatt bleibt leer - dann sind wir an Punkt 2.

Oder nimm 3. einen neuen BK Tanks und benutze das zum Testen, so kann man ein Tank/Chip Problem ausschliessen.

nein - kein 6500. Kein Drucker druckt einfach weiter wenn eine Farb leer ist oder fehlt. Sowas gibt es nur bei bestimmten Farblasern. Bei einem Tintendrucker ist es immer so dass Betrieb ohne eine Farbe zu einem Defekt führen würde. Deswegen gibt es das da nicht - keine Tinte = Keine Reinigung und das ist der Tod jeder Düse.

da muss man in das Display des Drucker sehen - so ist das zumindet bei unserem Gerät. Und dann dort den passenden Knopf drücken. Man muss nur lesen.... Über den Treiberdialog geht da nix. Es ist ein bischen so wie bei Canon, deaktivieren kann man nur wenn es der Maschine passt.

also wenn man das nicht selber gesehen hat dann ist es immer schwer;=) Manchmal irrt auch nur der, der das Problem hat...

Er soll mal nen Düsentest via Treiber machen. Und vorher die Kontakte an der Patrone putzen. Dann ist die Frage wie hat er refillt, evtl. trieft und tropft das Ding durch den DK. Im Zweifel muss man das aber einfach mal weiter eingrenzen - und ne neue Patrone ist da das Mittel der Wahl. Oder Du schaust Dir das selber mal an.

Wenn der Chip ne Macke hat, kann so einiges passieren, was nicht passieren sollte.

Das Problem ist nicht bei mir selbst aufgetreten aber es verhält sich wie folgt:
Schwarze Patrone (original) leer, dann nachgefüllt und wieder eingesetzt. Angeblich wäre nicht die obligatorische Weiterdruck-Meldung erschienen. Wenn jetzt eine schwarze Seite gedruckt wird, wird die Seite quasi nur durchgezogen der Druckkopf bewegt sich kaum. Es sieht also danach aus, als würde der Drucker nicht versuchen zu Drucken. Ich habe ein Bild angehängt, auf dem die Ausgabe am PC zu sehen ist. Eine Textmeldung erscheint nicht. Nur auf dem Bildschirm des Druckers kommt eine Meldung, die habe ich jetzt aber nicht parat. Wie bewege ich ihn in dieser Situation zum weiterdrucken mit der schwarzen Patrone?
