ja die Schwämme sind relativ hart und beim Durchstich macht es da Material einem nicht leicht. Wenn man aber mal drin ist dann geht es beim zweiten mal besser.

Unabhängig von den Clear-Tanks, der Drucker hat den Düsentest ja nicht grundlos - den sollte man auch mit Original VB Material immer mal wieder machen. Nur wenn man rechtzeitig erkennt dass einige Düsen nicht mehr drucken kann man noch dagegen angehen. Würde das mit Canon VB-Material nicht passieren dann würde es den Testdruck ja gar nicht geben.

Ich würde einfach mal ne Weile warten, i.d.R. kommen in den nächsten Tagen die eine oder andere Düse noch nach und druckt wieder. Haben wir bei Kundendrucker im Service auch immer wieder.

ich habe jetzt alle Tanks wieder auf originale Canon Tanks zurückgerüstet, das Problem war damit nicht behoben, exakt das gleiche Druckbild.

Ich habe nun den gesamten Druckkopf noch einmal ein 24h Bad in destillierten Wasser gegönnt, den Druckkopf komplett zerlegt, ausgespült und
wieder zusammengebaut. Das Druckergebnis ist nun um weiten Besser, leichte Schlieren gibt es jedoch immer noch (siehe beigefügtes PDF).

Eventuell ist der Druckkopf auch einfach hinüber... Nunja, ich denke der Aufwand war nicht ganz umsonst, ich hatte nämlich auch das Gefühl,
das der Schwammeinsatz in den Nachbaupatronen sowie die Entlüftung nicht das Qualitätsniveau gehabt haben wie die Original Canon Patronen.

Ich werde es mal beobachten... vielen Dank trotzdem!

im Prinzip sind die schon OK - aber es sind halt kompatible. Und so wie es mit befüllten kompatiblen i.d.R. mehr Probleme gibt als mit Originalen so ist das auch bei denen.
