Vielen Dank für die Antwort.
Aber hallo ! Für nen Wegwerfdrucker halt ich das Gerät überhaupt nicht. Wer diese Bauart von Drucker kennt und benutzt, kann kaum kostengünstiger Drucken (Patronenpreise unter 1€ !) . Da ist etwas Aufwand zur Pflege und Instandsetzung sehr wohl angebracht und rentiert sich 100%ig.
Ich benutze den i350 und den ip2000 (gleiche Patronen) und hab das noch viele Jahre vor.
Nochmals Danke für Deine Antwort, so werd ichs wohl machen müssen !

Mein IP 2000 blinkt zwischenzeitlich auch im Takt 7/1 und wird wohl demnächst seinen Dienst voll quittieren.
Möchte ihn aber weiter nutzen.
Reset/Ausbau der Matten sehe ich als problemlos an, nur:

W O H E R krieg ich eigentlich neue Resttintenauffangbehältersaugfilzmatten ?

Kann mir jemand einen Tip geben ? Lieferant ? Bezugsquelle ?

1.Drucker muß angeschlosen und ausgeschaltet sein
2.Stromkabel und USB-Kabel vom Drucker abziehen
3.Frontklappe öffnen
4.Die Power-Taste gedrückt halten (linke Taste)
5.Strom und USB-Kabel bei gedrückter Power Taste wieder anschliessen
6.Frontklappe schliessen
7.Power Taste loslassen
Nun ist der Drucker wieder in den betriebsbereiten Modus zurückversetzt !

Ich hatte während der Prozedur meinen PC an ,und der Druckkopf und die Patronen installiert !

Funktioniert ganz prima ,nur nicht vergessen ,danach den Schwamm des Alttintenbehälters zu reinigen.

Dieser ist bei geöffneter Frontklappe im rechten Eck des Druckers zu finden,und kann meines Erachtens mit Taschentüchern ohne Ausbau gereinigt werden !

im Gegensatz zu den anderen Canon Modellen kann bei diesen Geräteserien eine Waste-Ink Reset nicht über die Bedienelemente vorgenommen werden. Dazu ist eine spez. Software notwendig die nur die Service-Partner haben.
