noch keine Erfahrungen - aber ich sag mal so - Updates kann man sich sparen - davon wird DER Drucker ja nicht besser;=)

Immerhin sind die Chips eine Alternative für Leute die eben KEINE A-Chips mehr bekommen. Wir haben ja auch keine kompatiblen - die durch einen Update gesperrt wurden. Sogesehen ist das mit dem Testen im Moment etwas schwierig.

Da es aber wie die aktuelle Kodak Chip-Serie ein Dual-Use Chip ist - denke ich mal es ist ein anderer Typ als der den die Chinesen auf die One-Way Tanks kleben. Vielleicht findet sich ja ein Tester der entwertet kompa Tanks im Regal stehen hat und die aufbrauchen will.

gabs da nicht in letzter Zeit Berichte das Patronen mit kompatiblen Chips durch Firmwareupdate nicht erkannt wurden? Also ähnlich wie bei Epson.
Gibts hierzu schon Erfahrungen für die losen Chips?

für die Lexmark Vizix Serie 100XL sind kompatible Chips verfügbar. Diese können als Alternative für die nicht mehr lieferbaren A-Serie Patronen benutzt werden. Tintentanks die mit diesen Chips ausgestattet sind werden vom Drucker incl. neuem Füllstand erkannt. Die Chips sind Twin-Use - d.h. der Chip kann zweimalig verwendet werden. Danach wird er vom Drucker als leer erkannt.
