I have an epson stylus photo 820 printer, uses {T027 } color cartridge, which after refilling needs a RESETTER... Does anyone have a freeware or shareware program for Macosx you can Email... Just want to start printing again.... Thank you, eileen.

I am still at testing stage. Have refilled 10 23 carts. Failure rate is 3 (streaks in a test print out of Cyan Magenta) Tried ammonia & hot water to soak heads, withdraw some ink from head and even blew some air in top vent hole....same streaks..my questions...are these three throw aways.......and....if there is a *hint* of a line in a test print out of all three colors....is this an acceptable "re-filled" cartridge....

I was using Lexmark Z13 printer with three original cartridges. I was refilling the cartridges several times successfully. Now, on installation of a refilled cartridge I get the message "cartridge is missing. Insert a cartridge." . When I insert a new cartridge it works well.

Obviously, through the gold contacts the printer is not getting some signal. The gold contats areclean and good. May be some contact is fused inside the cartridge.

I have trouble when I try to refill a black cartridge 17G0050. The trouble that I encounter is when I refill the cartidge it works for a very short period of time like just for the evening and then it acts as if the ink has dried up or something. I don't have a problem refilling the color ink cartridge
