Hallo,
ich habe mir vor kurzem einen Canon Pixma MP530 Multifunktionsdrucker zugelegt. Als die Tinte fast leer war, habe ich die Tanks nachgefüllt. Die Tintenstandsanzeige hat sich danach aber nicht geändert. Ein paar Tage später zeigt das Display auf dem Drucker an, daß Magenta nun leer ist; ist es natürlich nicht. Der Drucker druckt nun aber nicht mehr. Wie kann ich die Chips nun überreden, weiterzudrucken? Kann mit jemand helfen?

Hallo,

soweit ist alles noch normal;=)

Wenn er nicht drucken will und der Tank mit einem rotem X angezeigt wird, dann drückst Du einfach für 7 Sekunden die Abbruchtaste am MP510 - das ist nen runder Knopf mit Kreis und Dreieck. Dann deaktiviert das Gerät die Füllstandsüberwachung für diesen Tanks und man kann wieder drucken.

Wichtig: Danach die Tanks nicht leer drucken.

Den Füllstand auf VOLL setzten kann man nicht.
