Epson XP 30

Hallo habe mir aus der Not einen Epson XP 30 zugelegt, jetzt zeigt das Ding immer Papierstau an obwohl gar kein Papier im Gerät ist.Habe schon alles versucht mit Steckerziehen und so aber die Lampen leuchten rot und man kann nix machen. Hat wer ne Idee dazu.
