Hi @all..

Ich bin neu hier und hoffe ich schreibe hier mein Problem in die richtige Site !?

Ich habe 3 Geräte des MFC-3420c in der Familie ! Nun ist bei einem Der Druckkopf wohl wegen Pearl Tinte angeblich defekt ( FEHLER 41 )

Kann mir jemand sagen wie ich das Gerät weiter als Scanner nutze und weiter als Fax - Also im Service Menü eventuell die Fehlermeldung abschalten kann ??

Ich bin sehr dankbar dafür wenn mir jemand ne Mail sendet !

Hallo,

also zu dem Fehler ist hier schon ne Menge geschrieben worden, dumm nur dass auch Leute davon betroffen sind die nur Brother Original Tank benutzen. Pearl und Co sind hier mal nicht schuld. Ist eher sowas wie ein Serienmaessiger Fehler;=)
