Hallo, zusammen!

Hier steht ein HP 5515, der unvermittelt die Behauptung auf seinem Display produziert,
es sei kein Papier im Gerät. Stimmt aber nicht. Gibt es hier jemand, dem diese Falschmeldung
bekannt vor kommt und weiß, welche Ursache sie hat? Nach erster Gerätedurchsicht konnte ich
noch keinen Verdächtigen ermitteln...

hatte mal einen ähnlichen fall. im chat mit dem hp-support(ja...!, bitte keinen kommentar) kam nach zwei stunden verbalen austausch: kaufen sie sich einen neuen...

mein kunde war überglücklich :( .
....man lernt im leben nur dazu....
