Nach langem Suchen weiß ich jetzt wohin die Federn gehören:

Der Scanschlitten besteht aus einem Träger und der Abtasteinheit. Und wenn man im Schlitten/Träger die Abtasteinheit hochklappt sind dort 2 Zapfen auf die man die Federn stecken kann ;-)

Damit hat die Abtasteinheit Vorspannung gegenüber dem Glas. dann geht alles wieder einwandfrei

der scanner ruckelt und zuckelt auch nicht mehr sondern scannt normal, druckt er nun nicht, sondern rattert komisch (denke mal das druckband das lineal oder wie das komische dünne schmale plastikband auch immer genannt wird) falschrum drin ist, werde das morgen erörtern, muß jetzt auf arbeit.

danke für alles, achja die federn hab ich nicht eingebaut ;-) scannt aber!! naja morgen mal schauen.

guts nächtle erstmal.

wir haben hier leider kein so ein Modell mehr rumstehen, aber hier findest Du eine Teileliste:

Und hier wie man den Scanner also das Oberteil abbauen kann:

Wenn es 2 Federn sind dann könnte das dazu dienen den Scanner von unten gegen die Vorlagenscheide zu drücken. Oder es spannt den Zahnriehmen für den Antrieb - würde aber eher auf ersteres tippen. Um´s aufmachen kommt aber nicht drum rum.
