hier mal ein analoges Beispiel wie die Counter aussehen können bei nicht artgerechter Haltung.

Ist zwar ein MX850 aber die Tanks haben die gleiche Grösse.

diesen Sommer hatten wir ja mal wieder das Thema "Obsoleszenz" in der Presse. Passend zu diesem Un-Thema hier mal ein kleines Praxisbeispiel:

Stand der Dinge:



Canon Pixma iP4000 * RIP
*18.02.2005 irgendwo in Asien
+ 04.10.2012 irgendwo in Baden Würtemberg

Zählerstand: 12.121 Seiten Papiereinzug / 17.061 bedruckte Seiten (wegen dem Duplex)

Lebensdauer: 2.785 Tage macht 6,12 Druckseiten jeden Tag.

Die Worte des Kunden waren: Den hab ich ja NOCH GAR NICHT SOOOO LANGE ! - Auf der anderen Seite sind es halt 7,5 Jahre ;=) Siehe die Service-Infos unten.



Konsumierte Verbrauchsmaterialien:
42 * BCI-3eBK (entspricht 42 * 26ml = 1092 ml)
11 * BCI-6bk (entspricht 11 * 13ml = 143 ml)
19 * BCI-6 Cyan (entspricht 19 * 13ml = 247 ml)
19 * BCI-6 Magenta (entspricht 19 * 13ml = 247 ml)
18 * BCI-6 Yellow (entspricht 18 * 13ml = 234 ml)

In der Summe also sage und schreibe 1,963 Liter Tinte

Auf der anderen Seite - auf der Basis von Verbrauchsmaterial, Stand 04.10.2012 in unserem Shop:

BCI-3e = 13,58 €
BCI-6bk = 11,36 €
BCI-6c = 11,36 €
BCI-6m = 11,36 €
BCI-6y = 11,36 €

Macht wenn man das am Stück kauft;=)
1.331,48 Euro für Canon Original Tanks.

Der Drucker hat damals Listenpreis 99 € gekostet.

Anmerkung: Interresannt finde ich bei den Service-Infos dass der Drucker fast gleich viele Cyan, Magenta und Yellow Tanks gebraucht hat.
und in der 3ten Zeile sieht man folgende Werte:

PC = Purge Count
M=2 (manuell)
R=2 (deep cleaning)
T=23 (Timer cleaning)
D=15 (dot count cleaning)
c=91 (ink tank replacement cleaning)

Der Drucker hat also in der gesamnten Laufzeit nur 4 mal eine Extra Reinigung gehabt.

In Zeile 6 - hier stehen der Soft-Power-On Wert, der Drucker wurde 7051mal ein geschaltet.

Und ganze 2336 mal hat er sich die Nase abgewischt. (WP-Wert in Zeile 9)



Naja nicht ganz - der Kunde nimmt von einem Austausch des Waste-Ink Absorbers Abstand. Der Waste-Ink Zaehler wurde zurück gesetzt. Der Drucker steht jetzt auf einer Unterlage (zur Sicherheit) und das vorhandene VB-Material wird noch aufgebraucht. Man weiss ja nie was da noch so alles nachkommt. Die Kiste wird also durch einen neuen Tintendrucker ersetzt.
