Hallo Zusammen,

habe ein Problem. Mein S 450 (immer nachgefüllt mit Pelikan-Kartuschen) druckt auf einmal kein Schwarz mehr. Farbe ist ok. Auch mehrfache Intensivreinigungen brachten kein Ergebnis. Kann mir jemand helfen, bitte????

Hallo,

drücke den Druckopf BC-30e auf ein suagfähiges Küchentuch, kommt Farbe? Wenn nein, FAQ lesen, den Kopf in Wasser einweichen, Kopfreinigung machen und Testseite drucken.

Wenn alles nix hilft, einfach einen neuen Kopf kaufen, der BC-30e ist Verbrauchsmaterial und nicht besonders teuer. Es ist NORMAL dass man den von zeit zu Zeit wechseln muss.
